Call for Papers
Submission Guidelines:
All papers must be original and not simultaneously
submitted to another journal or conference. Papers should be written in English
with IEEE format. Each newly submitted paper should not be more than 8 pages
including figures and references. The technical committee will judge All
submitted papers based on their quality.
The main submission guidelines are:
- Prepare your paper based on the IEEE format. Click on IEEE Template to download the paper template.
- Submit your paper online using the NETAPPS2024 Easychair account (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=netapps2024 ). If you’re new to easychair.org, you’ll need to create an account first.
- NETAPPS2024 submissions are required to be double-blind (anonymous submissions). For the paper to be reviewed, please remove the author’s names and affiliations from the paper and upload the file to your Easychair account.
- The abstract should not be more than 400 words which should include the aims and objectives, methods, results and conclusion of the paper. The length
of the full paper should not be more than 8 pages including the references. - Authors are strongly advised to ensure the correct author group, corresponding author, and order of authors at submission. Changes in the author group and order of authors are not accepted after acceptance of a manuscript.

Publication
All papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library for consideration, once they meet the requirements of an IEEE quality review and possibly to be indexed in Scopus.
Venue
The conference will be held on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and virtually via an online meeting platform
